By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from CyberProtex (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following SMS Terms & Conditions. These terms govern how we communicate with you via text messaging and how your information is used in connection with SMS communications.

1. SMS Program Description CyberProtex may use SMS messaging to deliver:

• Service updates and notifications
• Appointment reminders and operational alerts
• Account-related communications
• Marketing, promotional, or informational messages related to cybersecurity services, training, or events
  Message frequency may vary based on engagement and service relationship.

2. Opt-In Consent By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from CyberProtex at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Opt-Out Instructions You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
For assistance, reply HELP or reminder instructions will be provided in-message where applicable.

4. Message & Data Rates Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CyberProtex is not responsible for charges incurred by your wireless provider.

5. Supported Carriers SMS services are supported by most major U.S. carriers; however, delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. CyberProtex is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy & Data Use Your privacy is a priority. Information collected in connection with SMS communications (including your mobile number) will:

• Be used solely knowing your consent for authorized communications
• Not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
• Be protected using administrative and technical safeguards

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability SMS messages are provided on an “as-is” basis and may not always be delivered in real time. CyberProtex is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to SMS Terms CyberProtex reserves the right to modify or terminate SMS programs or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
